If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll make it right — every time.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and a brief description (and photo, if the item arrived damaged or defective). We'll respond with next steps within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
